Module 2: Creating and Managing a Product Backlog

  • Backlog Refinement (Grooming): Techniques for effective refinement sessions, splitting large stories, and estimating.
  • Prioritization Techniques: Advanced methods beyond MoSCoW, such as Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) and Kano Model.
